Winning the TBSCC x Humanica Case Competition 2025 has been an incredibly rewarding and unforgettable experience for our team, 4HUMANS. Among 165 competing teams, we are proud to have earned the top spot! During this journey, we challenged ourselves to think deeply about the future of work and how Humanica could lead the way in attracting and empowering Gen Z talent.

Throughout the competition, we learned extensively about the HR industry and the importance of creating practical and feasible strategies that truly address the needs of the new generation. We proposed a comprehensive set of solutions that spanned the entire employee journey from recruitment, education, and career development to work-life balance and financial planning.Our strategies were designed to be innovative yet practical, introducing fresh ideas such as a savings lottery program to encourage financial wellness and even a horoscope-based initiative to boost employee motivating and engagement. These creative elements helped us craft a future-forward workplace vision that balances both professional and personal needs. This experience not only enhanced our strategic thinking and creativity but also deepened our understanding of building workplaces that inspire and empower future generations.
