B.E. Career Expo 2024

The Bachelor of Economics (B.E.) International Program, Thammasat University in collaboration with the B.E. Student Organizing Team, hosted the B.E. Career Expo 2024 with over 30 top leading national and multinational companies in Thailand joining at the Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn Bangkok on Sunday October 20, 2024.

 

It was indeed very memorable with over 180 students attending the event. Our Acting Deputy Dean for Administration, Associate Professor Dr. Peera Charoenporn gave a very inspiring speech to warmly welcome all participants and thank organizing teams for strong efforts for make this event a success.

 

The main goal for our students is to learn about work experiences in different areas, departments, and organizations as solid preparation for both planning internships and careers after graduation. For this year, hosting the event was a great opportunity for students to connect with various companies and institutions.

 

In the morning session, B.E.’s alumni working in various industries shared their thoughts and experiences about their current jobs.

 

In the afternoon session, over 30 company booths were set up, each H.R. team ready to connect directly with students to provide more information about the company, its requirements and answer any questions students might have.

 

It was indeed the biggest and most impactful event for B.E. International Program and the beginning for many more career initiatives to come.

 

Last but not least, we thank all participating companies for their full support with special thanks to the Faculty of University of Bristol, UK for a sharing session on the Global Transfer Program and Study Abroad opportunities for our students. We highly look forward to many future collaborations together with our top visiting companies and universities.
