B.E. Second Orientation Series (For Student ID#65, BE#30)
On March 29th & 30th, 2023 B.E. international organized the B.E. Second Orientation series at Room 101, Faculty of Economics, Thammasat University Tha Prachan Campus. The two-day mandatory sessions for first-year students (ID#65, BE#30) provides a recap of all essential information about:. Curriculum requirements, Sub-field economics introduction by B.E. instructors, The exchange program, Learning more about minor area study, Study plan and Career path.. Curriculum structure and the registration system: The first session is "The Curriculum Structure and the Registration System," led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Kittichai Saelee, Director of the BE program. Students were reminded of the curriculum structure, enrollment process, and registration system.. Subfield Series We are honored to have expert lecturers in all subfields of economics in the "Subfield Series" session to provide information about what is it in each subfield of economics, as well as the prospective future career path for each field.. Exchange Program This Exchange Study session, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sicha Thubdimphun, Director of International Affairs, aims to provide essential information about the opportunities for studying abroad as a BE exchange program. This session also includes information from Dr. Thanet Mekjamroen (Liaison Officer for UCEAP) on how to study as an exchange student at the University of California . BE Minors: Finance & Marketing & Experience sharing & career Path. Dr. Winai Homsombat, BE instructor in Finance, and Ajarn Suwalya Khemvaraporn, BE instructor in Marketing, discussed about the BE Minor field in Finance and Marketing, preparation for the minor declaration, curriculum requirements & courses offering in the minor, and future career opportunities. Furthermore, we invited our BE alumni to share their experiences in terms of what they learned and gained when they chose to study each minor, as well as their current job experience..With special thanks to our BE Experienced Instructors, this event would not have been possible without your support. .
