Home » News » Students from the EE362 Contemporary Issues in ASEAN Countries class recently had the opportunity to visit and gain insights from some Thai companies located in Can Tho and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
✨ On July 3, 2023, CP Vietnam in Can Tho extended a warm welcome to the students, who were accompanied by their professors, Asst. Prof. Dr. Chayanee Chawanote, Asst. Prof. Dr. Anin Aroonruengsawat, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Nessara Sukpanich. During this visit, the students were privileged to receive knowledge and insights from Mr. Sansern Wirunanont, Deputy Managing Director, who graced the occasion as a special speaker to discuss about agribusiness in Vietnam. 🇻🇳
⭐️ Continuing their explorative journey, the students proceeded to visit Bangkok Bank and SCG Logistics in Ho Chi Minh City on the following day, July 4, 2023. They were warmly greeted by Mr. Tharabodee Serng-Adichaiwit, who is a Senior Vice President & General Manager of Bangkok Bank in Ho Chi Minh City. Mr. Tharabodee shared his knowledge generously and had meaningful conversations with the students. The students were warmly welcomed with SCG Logistics, interacting with Ms. Kallaya Saengthawan, who is a highly respected speaker and shared her expertise with them. 🌈
📊 Throughout these visits, the BE Program students had the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the working processes, and have knowledge and perspectives exchange related to the economy, society, and various economic policies of Vietnam. The students gained invaluable insights from experienced professionals, further enriching their understanding of the societal context. 🌎
