👏 In collaboration with BE Students Buddy, the office of international affairs (OIA), Econ-Tu, organized a Thai cooking class for inbound exchange students on March 23th, at the Banquet room of the Faculty of Economics building, Tha-Pra-Chan Campus. The event’s theme was “The Economists’ Kitchen,” where OIA team and current BE students buddy taught our inbound exchange students how to cook a variety of simple but authentic Thai dishes. Stir-fried basil with minced pork, stir-fried morning glory, fried egg salad, and banana in sweet coconut milk were among the menu items.
