- In October, the International Affairs Office, Faculty of Economics will organize exchange program information sessions about partner universities and English proficiency requirements.
- An official announcement about applications and other required documents is made from December to January of the following year. Outgoing exchange students must take an English proficiency test and pass the minimum scores as required by partner universities.

– Communication skills (in English)
– Maturity/Personality
– General knowledge about institutions and course availability at exchange partners.
– Attitudes and perceptions.
– Knowledge about Thailand and Thai culture. - The Office of International Affairs (OIA) will announce the list of successful candidates and nominate outgoing exchange students to respective partner universities by a specified time.
- OIA will organize pre-departure orientation for all outgoing exchange students (from faculty- and university-level agreements).
